Location: Clapham Junction, London, SW11 (Office Based)
Hours: Part-Time (30 hours, Mon-Fri)
Salary: £22,500 per annum (£30,000 pro rata)
Bowood is a small, busy, independent residential block management company with a portfolio of properties across London.
We're looking for an organised and proactive Property Management Assistant to support the day-to-day management of our portfolio.
THE ROLE
Working from our Clapham Junction office, you'll provide administrative support, including:
• Responding to phone and email enquiries from leaseholders, clients and contractors
• Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor appointments
• Maintaining health & safety records and databases
• General office administration
ABOUT YOU
You’ll be:
• Familiar with the residential block management environment
• Organised, efficient and detail-orientated
• A confident communicator with a professional manner and strong written and verbal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Able to manage a varied workload with accuracy and initiative
