Consumer Charter & Standards

We encourage future and current TPI Company members to familiarise themselves with our Consumer Charter and Standards. Adhering to these principles enhances professionalism and promotes best practices within the sector.

Raising Standards: Best Practice Guides

To help our members keep up with the latest industry standards, all TPI Companies have access to over 100 exclusive Guidance Notes covering all aspects of block management. These are best practice guides, created by industry experts for today’s property managers. They are regularly updated and reviewed as and where needed.
