Build Connections. Strengthen Leadership. Grow Together.
Following a successful first year, The Property Institute (TPI) Mentor Circles has already proved its value in bringing experienced professionals and emerging leaders together to learn, connect and grow.
For the 2027 intake, the programme will once again connect property managers with senior leaders from across the sector, creating meaningful mentoring relationships that support confidence, leadership development, and career progression.
In its first year, Mentor Circles brought together 50 mentors and 50 mentees, with participants sharing knowledge, experience, and insight through six online mentoring sessions over six months.
Whether you are looking to develop as a future leader or give back by sharing your experience as a mentor, Mentor Circles offers the opportunity to build connections, broaden perspectives, and make a lasting impact.
