For the first time, ARMA and IRPM are hosting joint regional briefings across the country for members and non-members. The Regionals will discuss solutions to the challenges of residential property management, with a programme featuring expert speakers addressing important sector challenges and the added benefit of unique, regional networking opportunities.

Having visited Bristol in September, the Regionals will pick up in Birmingham before moving on to Southampton, London and Manchester. For each event, delegates will have the chance to speak directly with industry colleagues and suppliers who could be on their doorstep.

Stand-Out Programme

Let the experts come to you! The Birmingham and Southampton regionals run by ARMA and IRPM will give both memberships the opportunity to tap into a wealth of leasehold expertise in the Midlands and South Coast areas.

The Regional programmes will include the following sessions:

  • The Property Institute Update - Andrew Bulmer – The Property Institute’s CEO will deliver updates on TPI activities including a summary of its work with Government on behalf of members.
  • Problem Solving Workshop – Join us for a scenario-based, interactive workshop with Cassandra Zanelli of Property Management Legal Services Limited, Dr Shaun Lundy of Tetra Consulting Ltd and Andrew Bulmer of The Property Institute. The workshop will explore the real-life challenges facing a fictional block, whilst also giving delegates in the room the chance to put their own problems to their peers and industry experts. It's the ideal session to finally get the answers to those burning questions!
  • Landmark Legal Cases – Regional law firms will update delegates on recent and significant legal rulings, and their implications for property professionals.
  • Enterprise and Operational Risk for residential management – Ark Workplace Risk will cover the crucial factors which all businesses need to consider including mental health, profitability/economy, the energy crisis, legislative and policy risks (building safety regime) & more.
  • Building Safety – What Do I Need to Know? – Dr Shaun Lundy of Tetra Consulting Ltd will break down what the latest developments in building safety reform mean for your role.

A full event programme will be released in due course. Please note; the full programme subject to change up until and on the day of the event.
