The evening will commence with a drinks reception followed by a delightful three course meal and the announcement of the highly anticipated winners. The night does not end there! Either hit the dancefloor or head to the bar for an evening of celebration and connection!

Leading on customer growth in the property management space, Aimee enjoys working closely with property managers to better understand the complexities and nuances of their requirements, giving her a clear perspective of the industry.

Experienced RMC Director

A trusted voice helping shape the future of residential management, Alan brings valuable insights and perspective based on his real-life experience as a leaseholder and lessee. Through his experiences as an RMC Director, former member of ARMA’s Independent Regulatory Panel, and as a TPI trainer. Alan commitment to enhancing the way the sector engages with communities helps drive meaningful improvements that have a lasting and positive impact. He has a clear understanding of professional standards and governance.

Alison Denton

Passionate about the positive difference that strong people practices can make to organisations. Alison has spent her career working at a senior level in HR and Organisational Development, specialising in professional partnerships and supporting through change and times of transition. Alison has a pragmatic style and takes a practical approach to the challenges people face. As a qualified coach and practitioner, as well as sitting on a number of Trusts and serving as a Lay Member of the Employment Tribunal Services, she understands the importance of recognition.

Mike Heffron

Chief Executive - Under One Roof

Leading Scotland’s only charity providing free, impartial information on repairs, maintenance, and retrofit for tenement flat owners and housing professionals, Mike understands the challenges faced by the industry. He is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the organisation as well as finance, fundraising, and team leadership, and acts as Secretariat for the Scottish Parliament's Working Group on Tenement Maintenance. Mike recognises the care and attention it takes to keep tenants safe.

Sarah Speirs

Former Executive Director of Engagement and Advocacy - ICAS

Possessing an extensive knowledge of working for a professional body having worked for RICS and ICAS, Sarah brings a wealth of experience having led and deployed many high-impact global membership engagement campaigns. She currently focuses on growing membership engagement, delivering value, developing communications strategy and promoting the external voice and influence with Governments and stakeholders. Sarah is well placed to understand and recognise outstanding services.
