A regular TPI Annual Conference’s Moderator, Alan brings valuable insights and perspective based on his real-life experience as a leaseholder and lessee, making him a trusted voice helping shape the future of residential management. Through his experiences as an RMC Director, former member of ARMA’s Independent Regulatory Panel, and as a TPI trainer, Alan has a clear understanding of professional standards and governance. His commitment to enhancing the way the sector engages with communities helps drive meaningful improvements that have a lasting and positive impact.

Passionate about raising standards across the property management sector, Andrew has been instrumental in shaping the industry’s future. A Fellow of both RICS and The Property Institute, he began his career in PRS and leasehold management before serving as UK Residential Director at RICS. Former CEO of IRPM, Andrew led the organisation through its merger with ARMA and became CEO of The Property Institute. He now focuses on ethical leadership and sector-wide impact, while continuing to elevate the role of property professionals nationwide.

Recognised for her legal expertise in property management, Cassandra is regularly called upon to advise and represent clients across the country. A Fellow of The Property Institute (TPI) and an Associate of RICS, she actively contributes to TPI’s Leasehold and Commonhold Expert Group and serves as an honorary consultant to FPRA. Cassandra is also the lead author of Legally Speaking, a free online resource for property management professionals. She is known for her work on Tribunal matters and her passion for sharing knowledge within the sector remains central to her work.

With close to 30 years spent in the (LFB) after joining in February 1996 and working at a number of stations around London, Charlie was previously the London Fire Brigade (LFB) Deputy Commissioner/Director of Prevention, Protection, Operational Policy, Health and Safety, and Risk, Assurance, Strategy and Portfolio. He served as the on-site forensic fire investigation lead in the aftermath of the Grenfell Tragedy and most recently, led work on campaigning for regulatory reform to address various product safety issues including growing safety risks from lithium batteries in e-bikes and e-scooters. Charlie also served as the National Fire Chiefs Council’s lead officer for Electrical Safety and Fire Investigation.

Focused on helping organisations and senior leaders navigate innovative thinking and digital transformation. Dan is both founder of Alpha Property Insights and co-founder of Digital Property Risks, supporting professionals navigate the increasing digital risks buildings face. Dan sits on a wide range of industry and government advisory groups, contributing expertise to policy discussions and initiatives focused on the future of property and technology. Bringing a strong focus on digital transformation and innovation, to help the property sector embrace new ways of working while staying aware of emerging challenges.

A serving Member of the House of Lords, Dianne is a prominent consumer activist with a long-standing career in politics and the voluntary sector. She has served on numerous councils and panels, to include Legal Services Consumer Panel, the Financial Services Consumer Panel, the National Consumer Council, Alcohol Concern and the National Patient Safety Agency, where she has challenged the paradigm and lead positive change. Dianne’s commitment to TPI, its members and the residential property management sector makes her a strong and propelling Chair focused to driving up professionalism and raising standards.

As the strategic lead for Policy and Communications at TPI, Jaclyn is a driving force in the residential property sector, bringing over 20 years’ senior experience in corporate communications, media relations and public affairs. Since 2019, she has led campaigns that shape policy, raise TPI’s profile and promote best practice. Jaclyn is a trusted industry voice, building strong stakeholder relationships, speaking on net zero, building safety and leasehold reform, and translating complex regulations into clear, practical guidance that helps TPI members protect their businesses and stay compliant.

With more than 30 years’ experience in UK and international real estate, Jennet Siebrits is an economist and property market researcher who turns complex data into strategic insight. She founded her consultancy in 2025, providing research, analysis and thought leadership across residential and commercial property. A regular keynote speaker, moderator and panel contributor, Jennet was previously Executive Director and Head of UK Research at CBRE. Earlier roles include senior economist positions at the Council of Mortgage Lenders, Nationwide Building Society and NIESR.

Appointed King’s Counsel in 2024, Justin is a specialist property, housing and leasehold barrister who regularly appears in the Upper Tribunal, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. Justin acted for some of the victims, survivors and their families at the Grenfell Tower Inquiry. He was part of the Law Commission team working on the leasehold reform projects. He has given evidence to Parliament about building safety and leasehold issues and his work is a vital component to the future of property law.

As author of Robertson’s Insurance Principles for Leasehold Flats, Paul is widely recognised as a leading expert in blocks of flats insurance. He is passionate about delivering insurance solutions that help freeholders, RMCs and RTM companies meet their leasehold obligations while protecting leaseholders’ interests. A strong advocate of technology and professional development, Paul focuses on improving productivity, technical excellence and customer outcomes. He is also well known for his charismatic presentation style, making complex insurance issues engaging, informative and enjoyable for audiences.

Supporting individuals, teams and organisations to develop and maintain their wellbeing, productivity and effectiveness at work, Richard is the founder of WorkLifePsych, a team of accredited psychologists, where he provides coaching, training and development programmes to clients globally. He works with employees at all levels and has supported organisations across a wide range of sectors, including airlines, creative studios, professional services, government and pharmaceuticals. He also hosts the fortnightly podcast My Pocket Psych, which explores the psychology of the workplace, and is a regular invited speaker on workplace wellbeing topics.

A highly respected and trusted voice within health, safety, and fire risk management, Shaun is known for developing creative solutions that deliver meaningful, positive outcomes. A Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner and Chartered Building Engineer, as well as a visiting academic and external examiner, he champions professional development, ethics, competence, and leadership across the industry. Shaun is TPI Board Member and IOSH President-Elect. He actively collaborates with the Institute’s Health & Safety Working Group and the IOSH Construction Group, exploring how emerging legislation shapes building safety practice and drives higher professional standards across the industry.

An entrepreneur since her early twenties, Tripty Arya has built businesses at the intersection of real estate and technology, drawing on experience across investment, development and AI. Trained as an architect, she brings a design-led approach to solving complex operational challenges and building practical, scalable technology. Today, she leads Travtus, where she oversees the development of Everyday(AI)™, a platform designed to help housing organisations build and govern AI. She is passionate about creating high-trust teams, simplifying complexity and using technology to improve the way people work. Outside of work, she enjoys writing, continuous learning and being a mum.

With over a decade of experience as a Chartered Surveyor, Zoë combines technical expertise with a genuine passion for the built environment. In her operational leadership role, she shapes effective, forward-thinking working practices, bringing a calm, solutions-focused approach. She was instrumental in launching Earl Kendrick’s Brighton office in 2016 and has since worked with fellow Directors to support regional growth across the UK. Zoë achieved MRICS status in 2014 and is a certified Expert Witness, with particular expertise in heritage properties and Building Surveying, including Contract Administration. A former Chair of Sussex RICS Matrics, she actively supports RICS outreach and champions diversity across the property sector, while regularly sharing her expertise at industry events.
