Passionate about raising standards across the property management sector, Andrew has been instrumental in shaping the industry’s future. A Fellow of both RICS and The Property Institute, he began his career in PRS and leasehold management before serving as UK Residential Director at RICS. Former CEO of IRPM, Andrew led the organisation through its merger with ARMA and became CEO of The Property Institute. He now focuses on ethical leadership and sector-wide impact, while continuing to elevate the role of property professionals nationwide.

Cassandra Zanelli

Solicitor and CEO - Property Management Legal Services
Recognised for her legal expertise in property management, Cassandra is regularly called upon to advise and represent clients across the country. A Fellow of The Property Institute (TPI) and an Associate of RICS, she actively contributes to TPI’s Leasehold and Commonhold Expert Group and serves as an honorary consultant to FPRA. Cassandra is also the lead author of Legally Speaking, a free online resource for property management professionals. She is known for her work on Tribunal matters and her passion for sharing knowledge within the sector remains central to her work.

A serving Member of the House of Lords, Dianne is a prominent consumer activist with a long-standing career in politics and the voluntary sector. She has served on numerous councils and panels, to include Legal Services Consumer Panel, the Financial Services Consumer Panel, the National Consumer Council, Alcohol Concern and the National Patient Safety Agency, where she has challenged the paradigm and lead positive change. Dianne’s commitment to TPI, its members and the residential property management sector makes her a strong and propelling Chair focused to driving up professionalism and raising standards.

Appointed King’s Counsel in 2024, Justin is a specialist property, housing and leasehold barrister who regularly appears in the Upper Tribunal, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. Justin acted for some of the victims, survivors and their families at the Grenfell Tower Inquiry. He was part of the Law Commission team working on the leasehold reform projects. He has given evidence to Parliament about building safety and leasehold issues and his work is a vital component to the future of property law.

A Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner and Chartered Building Engineer, as well as a visiting academic and external examiner, he champions professional development, ethics, competence, and leadership across the industry. Shaun is TPI Board Member and IOSH President-Elect. He actively collaborates with the Institute’s Health & Safety Working Group and the IOSH Construction Group, exploring how emerging legislation shapes building safety practice and drives higher professional standards across the industry.
