As former CEO of IRPM, Andrew led the organisation through its merger with ARMA and became CEO of The Property Institute. He now focuses on ethical leadership and sector-wide impact, while continuing to elevate the role of property professionals nationwide.

Bringing a wealth of hands-on experience in credit control, finance, and executive leadership within Scotland’s property factoring industry, Jacqueline is at the forefront of her field. Originally playing a key role as Head of Finance at Life Property Management she progressed, post acquisition, onto becoming Executive Director of Client Funds at James Gibb where she strengthened her expertise in managing client finances and safeguarding client interests. Today, Jacqueline runs a consultancy business, providing specialist advice to the factoring industry and beyond, helping organisations navigate challenges, strengthen operations, and unlock new opportunities for growth and compliance.

With 20 years’ experience in telecoms and a further 20 managing Bield's Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), Sharon is perfectly placed to support the migration from analogue to digital telecare - a role she has previously undertaken at East Renfrewshire Council. Sharon is firmly focused on engaging with housing associations and property managers to review service offerings, help develop digital solutions and provide the guidance needed to move things forward.

Shelley blends industry experience, having spent most of her career in block management, with behavioural expertise to support healthier, high-performing teams. Shelley uses her insights as a qualified Business Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioural Coach to deliver impactful training for The Property Institute (TPI). She plays a leading role in shaping best practice through TPI Wellbeing Working Group where she actively promotes awareness, inclusion and meaningful sector support.
