Formed in 2022 by the merger of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) and joined by the Property Managers' Association Scotland Limited (PMAS) in March 2025, TPI brings together over a century of combined experience.

We’re seeking a confident, organised, and proactive Senior Marketing Executive to join our high performing and collaborative marketing and communications team. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced marketer who thrives on managing day-to-day activity, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.
In this role, you’ll support the Head of Marketing in the delivery of integrated marketing activity across the organisation. You’ll oversee the marketing planner, ensure publication schedules are met, and help keep the team on track with campaign timelines and deadlines. Working closely with the
