Our service charge management is supported by the other departments in the firm. Building Consultancy can deal with all project management and Health & Safety matters whilst our Leasehold Reform team are specialists in enfranchisement, lease extensions and all aspects of leasehold reform law and practice. We can also offer advice on service charge disputes and challenges in the Tribunal. Our Commercial team is able to offer expertise in the case of mixed use buildings whilst the Insurance Agency can provide a superb claims and renewal service.

We are proud to act on behalf of Freeholders, Residential Management Companies (RMCs) and Right to Manage Companies (RTMs) in Worcester, Malvern, Ledbury and Hereford with sites ranging from 3 to 43 units, from New Builds to Listed Buildings and from full leasehold sites to Amenity areas only. Our Block Managers have a total combined experience of over 30 years and have built relationships with the clients that we act for through a stable and consistent approach. By keeping our portfolio local we are able to be flexible with visits to site and support when issues occur. We also operate on a system of regular meetings with our Block Management clients to ensure matters remain on track.
