Lewis & Tucker was founded over 80 years ago in 1932, is based in Central London, and is headed by Clive Lewis the son of the founder of the firm. We currently manage a wide portfolio of residential properties across London. The firm offers a full service including comprehensive accounting, maintenance, service charges, major works, company secretary, insurance valuations and asset management, utilising the cutting edge QUBE property management software system. We employ a number of Chartered Surveyors and are also regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and, in addition, authorised by the FCA.

London Block Management offers a pro-active, tailored approach to block management, recognising that each client and property is different. Our core strengths lie in communication, maintenance and accounts. We manage properties across London ranging in size from smaller blocks of 10 flats up to developments in excess of 150 flats.

MCS is your partner to ensuring your Management Company or Residents Association performs all of its statutory obligations together with ensuring your development is kept in a way that residents want to see it and others admire. MCS is an owner managed company with IRPM qualified Property Managers, qualified internal Accountants and Nebosh/Iosh qualified surveyors. MCS manages a comprehensive portfolio of properties throughout London and the Home Counties. The vast majority (nearly 85%) of new business to MCS comes by way of personal recommendation, either from existing clients or where clients have recommended MCS to friends, family or work colleagues. Further MCS also manages property on behalf of some of the UK's top blue chip plc developers. MCS offers a range of services to it's clients from just preparing annual accounts or undertaking Company Secretarial duties or arranging block buildings insurance to offering a complete service package.

First established in 1938, the firm is now in the third generation of the family. We advise on residential and commercial property, investment and development opportunities, residential block management and management of commercial property investments throughout Greater London and the Home Counties.
