Burlington Estates is an independently owned provider of property management services located in Mayfair. We understand the complexities of property management and for this reason our services are solely focused on this service. We only manage buildings in close proximity to our office. At Burlington Estates our philosophy is putting the client as the central focus of our service. The owners of the Company are directly involved in the management of the buildings. As the Company is owner driven the standards are naturally high due to these values being instilled into the team. In recognition of our high management standards we were awarded the London Property Management Company of the year 2013/14.

We specialise in the management of smaller properties but have adequate facilities and experience to manage larger properties [over 50 units]. We have been trading for over 12 years but one of our Directors, Bryce Robinson, has over 34 years experience of residential property management.

Castlereagh has been managing properties for over 30 years. We combine our experience and expertise in property management with a responsive, open, efficient service and we aim to deliver beyond expectation. Our strength lies in building strong relationships with our Clients. We endeavour to establish a productive working relationship with each Client. Each block is unique in its management requirements, but all require the same attention as a business of equitable size would. We bring our experience and expertise to the day-to-day management and long-term plans of each property. We want to deliver a consistently attentive service to our Clients and as weve built up our local knowledge over the years, weve also established a wide network of local contacts, who more often than not can visit the building on the same day were informed of a requirement. Caxtons, Chartered Surveyors, is one of the largest independent property practices in the South East. From our head office in Gravesend, our Block Management division covers the whole of Kent, south east London and south Essex. We are able to manage blocks of all sizes, tailoring our service to meet the needs of our clients. Being an RICS Designated Professional Body Centro Plc is able to arrange and place insurance cover for clients in terms of Buildings, Terrorism, Engineering, Public Liability and Directors’ and Officers’ Policies. Within the principal activity Centro Plc manage residential and mixed use blocks/developments ranging from 5 units to in excess of 100 units, for investor Landlords, Resident Management Companies and Right to Manage Companies and provide a fully transparent service within a portfolio containing a variety of developments including purpose built, conversions, listed buildings/in conservation areas and new build within a 1 hour drive of our office. We encourage the training and personal qualification of staff, and in conjunction with RICS members, we also have staff training for, or holding relevant qualification with the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM).
