Burlington Estates is an independently owned provider of property management services located in Mayfair. We understand the complexities of property management and for this reason our services are solely focused on this service. We only manage buildings in close proximity to our office. At Burlington Estates our philosophy is putting the client as the central focus of our service. The owners of the Company are directly involved in the management of the buildings. As the Company is owner driven the standards are naturally high due to these values being instilled into the team. In recognition of our high management standards we were awarded the London Property Management Company of the year 2013/14.
