Having played a key role in transforming compliance processes and supporting professionalisation across the sector, Glenys brings insight and impact to everything she does.
With over 30 years’ experience spanning residential and commercial property, she’s worked in both large and small firms, including as Associate Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, and later moved into regulation with RICS. Since 2022, Glenys has driven the development of compliance standards to support property managers at TPI.
Antony Parkinson
Head of Residential Block Management at JLL
Antony Parkinson has over 25 years of residential property experience spanning supported and social housing, block management, residential survey and valuation and property standards. As Head of Residential Block Management at JLL, he launched the block management business line, developing systems, teams, and processes while mobilising new instructions across the client portfolio.
In his previous role as Senior Specialist in Property Standards at RICS, Antony led on some key industry standards and projects including the Service Charge Residential Management Code and the Residential Retrofit Standard. He also serves as a fee paid Valuer Chair of the First Tier Tribunal. Antony holds MRICS and FTPI qualifications and is a RICS Registered Valuer and RICS Accredited Mediator.
