- Relevant buildings and identifying when a building is a relevant building for the purposes of the BSA
- Qualifying leases at the qualifying time

- The statutory waterfall under schedule 8
- Landlord’s certificates
- Leaseholder deeds of certificate
Where there are relevant defects and relevant steps to be undertaken, we will also explore remediation orders and remediation contribution orders, looking at:
- What remediation orders and remediation contribution orders are and the differences between the two
- Who can apply
- What might be covered under a remediation contribution order
- Recent decisions from the appeal courts.
