This in-depth legal and compliance workshop is for senior property managers responsible for fire safety in residential blocks. Delivered through real-world case studies, the course provides critical knowledge of fire legislation and leaseholder compliance tools. Based on the TPI’s Fire Safety Management in Flats guidance, delegates will review legislative duties, enforcement tools, and best-practice frameworks.

Cassandra is also the lead author of Legally Speaking—a free online resource for property management professionals. She is known for her work on Tribunal matters and her passion for sharing knowledge within the sector remains central to her work.

  • Legal requirements under Fire Safety Order 2005, Building Regs Part B,

This course will NOT enable you to:

 

  • Provide safety assistance as required by Regulation 18 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005; or
  • Undertake a fire risk assessment as required by Regulation 9 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
