Shaun is IOSH President-Elect, Chair of the IOSH Construction Community, and a Board Director at The Property Institute (TPI). He has worked closely with regulators, professional bodies, and industry on competence, leadership, ethics, and building safety reform. He is also a visiting academic and technical author on the new competence management guidance aligned to the Building Safety Act regime.
