Raising TPI Scotland and Members Profile

Having a strong and visible voice for TPI Scotland and the profession is important to YOU.

Here’s how TPI Scotland is making YOUR voice heard:

  • Influencing policy – ahead of the Scottish Parliamentary elections, TPI Scotland manifesto launched and focuses on three key priorities: raising standards across the industry, improving the quality and safety of Scotland’s building stock, and supporting progress towards net zero.
  • Engaging with decision-makers – TPI continues to engage with Ministers, Scottish Government officials and MSPs, ensuring the experience and expertise of the profession are part of important conversations.
  • Representing the profession – TPI Scotland has been invited to participate in the Scottish Government’s Conveyancing Review Working Group, giving us another opportunity to represent members and the wider profession.
  • Raising consumer awareness – later this year, TPI will publish a new consumer guide to help people better understand the role of professional property factors and the value they provide.

You can also access TPI Brand Toolkit, with a range of assets to help promote your membership and professional credentials.

  • TPI Wellbeing Standard – practical guidance for member firms to help support staff wellbeing and adopt the voluntary wellbeing standards included within TPI Consumer Charter and Standards. You can access the standard and other useful guidance on TPI Wellbeing page
