Synopsis

The Construction (Design and Management) Regu- lations 2015 (CDM 2015) came into force on 6th April 2015 and replace the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM 2007). The regulations now apply to all construction work, irrespective of size and duration, including that undertaken for domestic clients.
