Our mission is to facilitate safer, better-managed communities while acting as a credible voice for the industry and driving meaningful change for our members, stakeholders, and consumers.
We’re now inviting passionate individuals to join our Junior Committee and help us achieve these goals. As a Junior Committee Member, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our mission, contributing fresh perspectives, and developing your leadership skills while shaping the future of the profession.
You Will:
Develop leadership and governance skills
Engage in decision-making and strategic discussions
Contribute to key projects and initiatives
Collaborate with industry experts and peers
Support community engagement and awareness campaigns.
We Are Looking For:
Applicants who are early in their property management career, typically aged 20–35 or with less than three years’ industry experience.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
Commitment to meetings, working groups, and deadlines.
High ethical standards and accountability.
Desirable experience in Build to Rent, Social Housing, Housing Association Management, Retirement Management, ESG initiatives, Leasehold, or environmental impact.
